I have a true story to share about the kinks, in late 1980 me and my best friend camped out in front of a ticket outlet to get tix to see the kinks in atlanta ga, it was cold but braved it out,2 nites before the show my parents said no concert for you, I got grounded, so after dinner I went upstairs to my room climbed out the window, me and my friend went and enjoyed the concert but when i got home that evening i had hell to pay, but I would do it all over again for a band like the kinks
