  • Great stuff. I'm obsessed with cooking all sorts of different dahls. :)

  • if u like, add a whole chilli or two while boiling lentils

  • here's my recipe, wash well 3/4 cup red lentils in cold water, put in small pot and cover with well salted hot water, about 1inch above lentils. bring to boil and add 1/4 teaspoon saffron, pre soaked. continue to boil gently until lentils turn to "mush". while this happens, fry one large onion until black, I mean black. adding 1 clove garlic att thelast minute. when lentils have reached a very thick state, add onions and stir. serve hot with rice......delicious and much easier

  • You better learn how to use a knife... thats disgusting.. you mash tomatoes.... such a soft tomato you chop like walnuts.. ha ha ha

  • ur taking too much buddy, just be alittle quick in slicing the vegies , but nice job keep it up

  • the way you were crushing.. in fact.. Killing the tomatoes!!.. lols.. Awesome work buddy.. keep cooking and keep sharing!
