For those who say don't pay and nuke them think of it this way. Who else will ally them self with US? If they see US won't pay China, all countries will go to the international committee and ask for the money if US can't pay with money there is always land. I doubt US can take on the world. So if US does that it will just help China grow, potentially pushing our allies to join them to collect our debts. Take Japan for example, what will happen if US loss Japan as a ally?

We only owe china about 6% of the 14 trillion or so. The Majority of the debt belongs to you and me (est 86% or to The Tax Payers). What you should be asking is how will they pay us back.
