Yes, in Season 4, Episode 4 (Brothers Keeper). We are many to be sad of her death in the serie, but we also agreed that the episode was one of the most emotional, very well played by the way by the actors!

Yes Ingrid died. Brian's dog, Pup, was bitten by a raccoon and then Pup became vicious and bit Ingrid. She died of rabies and then they had to shoot Pup. It was one of the saddest episodes.
