Ingredients:
1/2 kilo lengua or dila (oxtongue)
1/2 cup onions
1 tsp. garlic
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 cup button mushrooms, sliced into 2
10 pieces green olives
210 grams Mang Tomas Gravy
2 tbsp. Mang Tomas All-Around Sarsa
3 tbsp. cream
10 cups water
2 tbsp. button mushroom water
1 tsp. Datu Puti Soy Sauce
2 tbsp. white wine or cooking wine, optional
Procedure:
1. Boil lengua with water for at least 1 ½ hours. Clean and slice into ¼" thick
2. Sauté onions and garlic in butter. Add mushrooms, olives and lengua. Add Mang Tomas Gravy, Mang Tomas All-Around Sarsa, chicken stock, button mushroom water, and Datu Puti Soy Sauce.
3. Simmer to cook.
4. Add cream and wine.
5. Serve.

lang kwenta!! syadong mahal at mali pa ang cooking process. ang daming gnamit na ingredients na hindi dapat..nag butter, wine at olivesnga pero nag soy sauce naman! sayang yung ingredients!

ang dami naman palang kilangan nyan, saka siguradong hindi mang masa. pano naman mga mahihirap na gustong kumain nyan???? hindi kami makakatipid dyan... mas makakatipid pa kami sa loto ni foodtrip28. siguradong masarap na tipid pa, at kayang kaya ng bulsa.
