Man, I love Japan, visited there a dozen times from Okinawa up to thenorthern tip of Honshu, and I agree with you reagrding their serivice and seleciton variety, but don't boast about them on the expense of talking down on another society. They are just different and when you are sitting in both stadiums, the ambience is totally different because of the difference in their cultures that's all. Just my opinion.

Both... the offerings are better. They have more than hotdogs. They have more than one choice of beer.
And Yes, the cuteness of these sales people did make a difference (How many more beers would you buy if it was the Budweiser Girls walking up and down the aisle?). But it was more because they also carried very courteous and appreciative style of selling that just engages you. We spent probably 8X more than we would have had we been at Dodger Stadium.
