  • multi effect and controller right ! ..... but no distortions???

can i controll any rack effect with these ? such as the gt pro or pod pro.. ?

  • @Vetof1 The G-System has MIDI for control of additional external MIDI units.....so if these units use MIDI then - yes

  • what foot board is that..?

  • @Jakechinnius It is the G-System :-)

  • Compesson, this is distortion revisited.

  • @JayDeeSG What you would need to do is hookup the G-System with the 4-cable-method which is shown in the G-System manual. Then you would hookup your wah into one of the G-Systems loops. When the G-System is hooked up in this setup all the loops are placed before the preamp, as well as the G-Systems wah, filters, compressor. Everything else on the G is placed after the preamp such as delay and reverb. The ONLY drawback is that the modulation block on the G is also placed after the preamp.

  • Is the G-System has a sound of S. Vai' song "You're here" when he plays chords on the triple guitar, of 12 strings?

  • @Vetof1If you want distortion, why not buy a high gain amp? I have a Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier that can hammer out deathmetal to pristine cleans. Gain is something you would rather have in the preamp valve stages rather than some digital effect pedal that can induce more unwanted hiss into your performance.

  • Let's say I had a wah that I wanted to run in the front of my amp and the g-system through the effects loop. Is there a seemless way to set this up? I'm thinking about getting a g-system but I'm new to this routing and patching world. Thanks

  • where's Slash when you need him? oh sweet child of mine..........this thing aint cutting that tone i'm sorry.....too much frosting on the cake....but probably good for recording

  • I NEED THE DELAY SETTINGS AT 1:00 PLEASEEEE AH SO GOOD!

  • @Vetof1 no distorsion ! and that is wonderful ...why ? beacuse you can use any distorsion analog box ....
