@e36tom I'm polish. And I get 30 minutes to an hour of sun each day getting all my vitamin D without the risk of cancer. I prefer being pale then a cow hide wrinkly aged orange person. no offence.

@reddine ur body doesn't go into starvation after 7 days or more cause if u containing da right amount of calories u can sustain for da next day I been eating once a day since I was 16 and eating 3 or 5 times a day ur digestive system doesn't a no rest period causing build up waste matter which leads up to illnesses. It takes 24 hours for our bodies to completely remove da waste from da previous meal day before if ur digestion is in shape

@NaturopathyChannel insulin is not limited, The pancreas of a healthy human produces insulin. do you even know what diabetes is? its a condition where the pancreas does not produce the hormone 'insulin', thats why people with diabetes need it to regulate their glucose levels. also you told people to limit food intake, bad advice. tell them to eat healthier (like more vegetables, fruits, etc). in food you obtain things called antioxidants, which bind to harmful 'free radicals'

No problemo. If you ever get those nightly cravings, have a protein shake a boiled egg and skull down a few glasses of water then brush your teeth or have a rubber band around your wrist you can 'snap' whenever you get the urge to eat unhealthily. Fibre will also reduce the glycemic load of a carbohydrate.
Unhealthily speaking you could just have a non-caffeinated diet soda.

hello again i just wanted to ask what's the one thing i can do to get back on track with the one meal a day despite the on going things in my life that ive been worrying about. During the day im fine but now when the night time comes i start bingeing for carbs or sugar whewras before i didnt do this, i lost weight 10 years ago about 50 pounds and kept it off , btu now i struggle with 10 0r 15 that ive lost twice thru One Meal a Day, for once i d ike to get my dedication to this lifestyle back

@traceymallard 1) There is free counseling hotlines which you can call if you ever feel helpless! 10 years ago your body coped because you didn't have these stresses. Re-evaluate your circumstance.
2) Motivation should come from within, there is no magic answer.
3) Mix psyllium husk with water and stevia. Tastes like sugary,bread jell-o, will fill you up without the calories.
4) Cravings mean lack of nutrients, buy a high quality supplement to fill the void. Increase protein!!!!!

hahaha "oxygen kills cells" look up respiration mate, oxygen is required for normal metabolic processes of the cell. If we did not have oxygen cell would die, therefore we'd all be dead. Also insulin is not in limited in the body either. Insulin is produced in the pancreas all the time and is elevated in production when you eat and the reason why you produce insulin in to regulate the glucose level in your blood (blood pressure). as a recommendation just look at your main topics and check them.

1) Insulin is inhibited by low levels of glucose.
2) I spoke about oxidation not respiration, where oxygen molecules lose electrons and become free radicals which can mutate DNA.

Science has proven that insulin is limited or have you not heard of diabetes? Lol.
Cells require sugars for respiration, high sugars will cause glycation, which is what i am discussing.
I am for paleo diets.
