  • can i use hosein sauce instead of oyster sauce?

  • looks yummy! will try this.

  • gojiberries1: really? gosh I didn't know about this. now i'm more aware of the side effects of aluminum use. thanks a bunch!

  • @gojiberries1 if you don't want to use aluminum you can always use parchment paper its oven friendly:)

  • Great recipe.

    Aluminum foil causes Alzheimer's Disease.

    Look it up.

    I read this.

Is there something else that you could use other then aluminum?

    Any aluminum is toxic.

Thanks for the recipe. I love Thai.

  • Will it taste alright if I pour the sauce mixture on top of the raw fish, then wrap it up and bake it all at one go?

  • you are kidding about adding msg to asian food, right?

i have never and will never use msg in my asian food. it is adding more man made chemicals to an already endless pile of chemicals.

  • Probably because M.S.G isn't good for you. My family uses it all the time. Hahaha.

  • I have a question. How come you're lemon grass is green. It looks different from the lemon grass I use. Is there more than one kind of lemon grass? The ones I use are yellow in color.

  • hey! i notices after watching a few of your vids, you really dont use any m.s.g. why is that?? we use it all the time in our household. how does the food "asian food" that your cooking taste without it??
