@patrick123453 Probably not muck more than your regular bassoon cost. This Contra is a Schreiber which was bought by the Orchestra here before I arrived in 1991. So I'm not sure exactly how much it coust back then.

Thanks. I love this symphony too. Odd thing was the 1st player had a family emergency so I had to sight-read that part in the concert. The guy playing second read the contra part. . .
