@Crienexzy tusen takk. Jeg elske deg. I'm english btw. Just thought I'd embrace your beautiful language.

You have a natural talent for teaching :) .

@pavlus2 I agree at the "seng" is the same like with some names like RAGNAR, that it's not easy to get the sound!
-
im still drunk and i dont know what im doing here

we have a guy form latvia his first word in norwegian is du er homo xD
its mean you are gay

@Taggzahriagahtarr Actually, no. It is "I lie in bed". Lay is the past tense of lie. Lay (as a present tense verb) is transitive only, so you lay something down. You yourself just lie down.
-
Ja, eg kan slå på lyset.

Awesome. Norwegian language is the best, and you are so cool. Takk you for doing this, ( i am seriously learning this :)
PS : Posielam pozdravy zo Slovenska, dúfam že sa do Nórska pozriem čo najskôr :)

@coldmilkishot They are distinct verbs and are not interchangeable. To lie is intransitive, to lay (something) is transitive. However, the past tense of lie is lay. Karin was absolutely correct to say, "I lie in bed", and the person who tried to correct her is wrong.
-
@coldmilkishot That's not really what the difference is.
Not, "I lie in bed"...but "I lay in bed"

Karin, youre great!
some letters in Norwegian sound combined, after 1 sound comes the other, eg:
- å sounds like long O turning in to A
- ø sounds like O/E becoming E
- kk sounds reaaally soft and bright: trekker
- e: '-et' pronunced as '-e'; 'dine / åpne' -pronunced as a; elskER- pronunces almost as 'ir'
- seng: omg, there are so many sounds after this final g!
could you point these details out?
your Norwegian is very rhythmical and melodical: åpne= 'Oop-nA!' is this common?

yes the rythmical and melodical is very typical norwegian. I dont even notice it. Peaple say it sound like we're singing :P
The NG sound i should point this out,...
