My review of the 2004 Pixar film Finding Nemo.

WARNING: Most of what is said in the review is negative. If you can't deal with that please don't watch.

I'm sorry that the volume on my voice goes a bit up and down. My mic is a bit funny. Also some bits of audio didn't come though for some reason so I've put subtitles in to cover thoughs bits.

  • how bout you go make a movie better than finding nemo. we'll see how that goes.

  • @jzs217 If you happen to have a few million dollars lying around I'll be happy to give it a go.

  • @snoopyisback well if itll be better than finding nemo you should get disney and pixar to help with the funding...

  • @jzs217 lol thanks for the support!

  • You can't expect a movie to explain every single small detail, it takes some common sense. I watched this movie back when I was 7 years old, in 2003 (not 2004), and I knew the barracuda ate Coral and the eggs. It came there to eat the eggs. Free food. If Coral stayed in the anemone, should would have lived too. She went down to save the eggs and the barracuda ate her too. It would have eaten Marlin as well if it didn't knock him into the anemone. You have 400 fish in your mouth, one can fall off

  • @muralithaya03 Yeah a lot of people are saying it ate her and the eggs. I'll just take your word for it. I just think it's funny that a prolog doesn't do a very good job explaining things.

  • WHAT DO YOU THINK HAPPENED? CLEARLY CORAL GOT KILLED BY THE BARRACUDA ALONG WITH THE EGGS. IT MISSED NEMO, AND AS YOU COULD SEE MARLIN CLEARLY GOT HIT BY THE BARRACUDA, LANDED IN THE ANEMONE AND WOKE UP LATER TO FIND HIS FAMILY GONE. YOU ARE...A SMART ONE....

  • And Darla RAISES THE STAKES for the problem that they already have. It makes the viewers care about the characters even more and want things to work out in the end. The initiation scene is hilarious get over it. And Gil's plan si obviously supposed to be ridiculous. It's funny. Get it? btw I'm not saying you're a bad critic. Some of the stuff you said did make sense. You're just going WAYY to far with it. Nemo is surprised that his father is looking for him because he thought he COULDNT do it.

  • Clearly you're the kind of person who needs everything spelled out for them in a movie. The barracuda ate Coral and the eggs but missed one of them in its frenzy, though said egg was damaged in the process. It's a blatantly obvious inference that I was able to make without trouble as a seven-year-old . . . Not sure how you missed it as an "analytical" adult, but whatever. Still a beautiful movie regardless of what the "critics" think.

  • @snoopyisback alright preschoolers can figure that out. if u cant then i think theres a problem

  • @snoopyisback u moron, they did their research. thats how clownfish lay eggs. pixar didnt just decide to put the eggs there.. wow

  • hmm... well, you pointed out a lot of things but I will just comment on the prologue. The prologue is not meant to explain everything, nor is everything in the prologue meant to be explained. That is not what the movie is centered on, but just the background story. It is therefore not important to explain what happened to Coral and the rest of the eggs, and the barracuda. The prologue is just meant to set things up. It's only meant to show why Marlin became so overprotective of his son.
