Here is another intro that I created with OSDM by Testaware. It's a bit self promotional, but hey, are not all intros self promotional in a way? :)

I've heard the song, too, but I can't for the life of me remember who made it. :)

I really like the name graphic and the font. Effects are pretty basic. :)

same here.. I also cannot remember who created the tune. There were no credits in the .MOD itself. :(

It depends, some stuff was done on a PC with programs like Fasttracker 2 and Screamtracker 3 (to name the most popular trackers), there are a lot more of those on the Commodore Amiga, but the best known ones are Soundtracker and ProTracker. The C64 music are SIDs and there are also a bunch of tools out there. The beauty is that pretty much all of them are free and always were free, developed by members of the demoscene.

Have you thought about trying to include a MorphDots effect, perhaps combined with motion blur? That would certainly fit the theme. :)
