  • @hxcnoah i know how you feel man i feel if i wor on alot of my powerlifting form i could gain alotfrom it.. i wanna improve from my 335 lbs deadlift...

  • god I wish I could have just a few hours of Rips time in the gym

    oh the progress I'd make

  • @sinaui That's exactly what I'm talking about.

It's the best way for powerlifting. It should be, he's a world-renown powerlifting coach. But people should know how to take their advices with a grain of salt.

MAYBE the best way to train an exercise for powerlifting isn't the best way to train an exercise for building muscle. MAYBE it's not even the best way to overall strength. Ever noticed competitive strongmen and olympic lifters don't follow powerlifting workouts? Just food for thought.

  • @BigUriel Rip's way isn't the only way, its just the best way :o

  • The problem with Mark Rippetoe is the same problem with 90% of the powerlifting folk: their close-mindedness.

Their way is the only way.

  • i have nothing bad to say about bodybuilding really, it gets you chicks, and doesnt grow huge ego like how powerlifters act like theyre smarter than bodybuilders, how oly lifters actlike theyre better than powerlifters, in the end as long as you lift with barbell and no machines its cool in my book.

  • @Jstar2008Nle Schooled that playah.

  • we just call it press

  • @whitekid3 If you are performing the squat correctly nothing bad will happen to your back. The leg press is a waste of time if you are able to squat.

  • @live2graff88 but obviously he does squat so what is your point "dumbass"?
