Yes horse slaughter does make jobs and it can be took too far. But people cant afford to be payingto have the vet put down there horses.this is how we end up with horses out in the wild. If you have an old horse and you cnt afford to uthenize

@extremerodeocowboy I really think that the solution to the problem would not be to slaughter the horses and put them into feed lots for slaughter. I think that if Responsible pet owners cant care for their horses they need to EUTHANIZE them just like you would do for your cat or dog. I am sure the Big Game in Montana is plentiful enough for EVERYONE and if not we have plenty of deer in Kansas you can come happily shoot. If people wouldnt kill all the mountain lions and wolves in Montana

@zpr01, until it can be done right and people aren't greedy anymore it shouldn't be happening. Montana isn't even the horse state of the US and they're having the most problems?! I don't think so. There are just SOOOO many pro slaughter people there that want to make money and create more jobs. PLEASE!

well put extremerodeocowboy thats excactly it

They are having a problem with people not feeding them and letting them go into the wild which make more scarce for natural wild game.
Poignant video--thank you for making it. PLEASE, EVERYONE, call Governor Brian Schweitzer, and PROTEST--tell him that this bill may NOT become law:
(406) 444-3111.
Thank you, and God save our horses.

Thank you for the production of this video and authoring the text...a very poignant message, indeed. Please make your calls to the governor, today. Put Butcher in his place...!
