I always thought that the name of the song is "the rip" because it is the only song of theirs that they kind of ripped another song ( wild horses off course).. Also, it is so different from that song, and their music is soooooo damn original anyway, it's not a rip it's an interpretation

I love the orange in the cats nostrils and eyes, as if there's a 'rip' into it's soul. Highly metaphorical and philosophically thinking, it's safe to assume that this cat is Beth Gibbons.
