i suffer from jumpy legs and it comes and goes i find cannabis to be the only thing that eliminates it completely,ive tried all the herbal remedies to no affect.try cannabis either eaten or inhaled it works and you get a great nights sleep and its a a good laugh as well..

RLS has been around since the 1600's, and was named in the 40's by Dr. Ekbom. Look it up and read,m of you know how. :o)

I developed RLS after giving up sugar altogether for a period of time, then reintroducing it. It's almost as if my body has forgotten how to process sugar. The only way I can prevent the symptoms now is to eliminate all processed sugars.
Have you ever heard of this?

So it's all an add for the drug companies, fuck them, they give(drugs) you this(RLS) in the first place, since it wasn't around before now!
