Nobody is perfect not even Miyamoto, so Yokoi san made a great contribution to the videgames industry and he's responsible of the biggest succes nintendo console the Nintendo DS, Yeah I know he was dead when the DS was created but C'mon the DS is based on a game and watch system.

Yokoi did not make the mistake it was Nintendo. They pushed the Virtual Boy out of developing for more room for the 64 and priced it at 179.99. Then it was all blamed on him? Bull shit, that man deserves the whole company, and now Miyamoto is popular as shit and is recognized as the creator of all Nintendo when Yokoi was the damn MENTOR of young Miyamoto.

Why would anyone want to disrespect Yokoi he made one mistake but if it wasn't for him we would not have the Gameboy and the Metroid series.

And now they have a show called "It's Effin Science." Which couldn't possibly be any farther away from videos games. This is happening to TV altogether. SciFi hardly shows any movies and mostly broadcasts reality shows about paranormal things that couldn't be anymore obvious that they faked some stuff in there. 4Kids fired the original voice actors of Pokemon. MTV only shows about 2 hours of music a day. The rest is just stupid reality shows that suck. I miss TV in the 90s; it's a nightmare now.

That's correct. Yokoi wanted a 16 bit colorized gameboy,Nintendo wanted a 2D 32-bit console, but once they moved on to Ultra 64 they decided to let Yokoi quickly design a hybrid from Atlanis' hardware. Believe or not,Nintendo blamed it's failure on him and treated Yokoi like an outcast. I can't believe there are people that think this is a good system when it's not.
