I think the russians would have withdrawn behind the Urals, rebuild their army for a year or 2 and then counterattack. But maybe the moral blow of losing the capital Moscow and Stalins city would have crumbled the Red Army. But I doubt that, i think they wouldve simply lured the germans deeper into the country and struck back when they were ready for it

@ISRAELKING100 well alot of germans froze to death and stalin ordered his troops to burn every town when they retreated or the germans were to advance on them, a tactic stalin learned from about 100 years before when the russians used the same tactic then and napoleon's army was broken by it. and russian knowledge about the harsh winters absolutely made an advantage, but russians for example were the first to use dogs strapped with explosives to run into the enemy, especially tanks.

@TheSupersoldier1234 hmmm hitler obsession would have driven them into siberia I think, there are alot of oilfields in siberia wich he could use and maybe in a desperate act try to hook up with japan to deliver them oil for their war... well he should have to resupply his army there and supply the army that splitted and advanced to the kaukasus so they could surround the english at egypt and hook up with rommel and also take the middle eastern oil fields

@Ironfan100 Well i think they would captured Moscow and Leningrad and stopped at there for idk few years to get the tanks and the men and weapons ready to push further in to the Russia or they would have sent more resources to Africa. That's my point of view.
