Great White - Yak-fishermen huddle close

While fishing about 2km off Longreef, Sydney Australia, five kayak fishermen encounter a Great White. The White pointer was longer than a 4.5 meter kayak. It did not harass the fishermen in any way but its presence was enough to make everyone huddle together. The green yak in the middle is the only one equipped with a Shark Shield - hence everyones desire to be as close to him as possible. There were two sightings 1) Shark swam underneath the green kayak. Aaron shouted a warning to us all who were spread about 40m apart 2) While moving to position ourselves close to each other 4 of us saw a very large disturbance on the top of the water (like when a fish causes a swirl - only this was a swirl worthy of a small whale!!!)
