  • there is one thing i never understood . The last lady got her case thrown out because she rolled his eyes at him. is that a real reason to dismiss a case? because the judge got his feelings hurt? she was in contempt of court some how? if anyone could shed some light on this id appreciate it.

  • @mjnoir1

I think that is in the category of contempt of court.

  • 4:30 your ears will bleed. You've been warned.

  • Judge Mathis show is numer 1.

  • @GDelva2003 I got detention in grade 5, Ms. Bowerman... I apparantly rolled my eyes at her when i didnt even know what that was!

  • Why the FUCK is that big bitch crying!!!!!!! Come on you got to be kidding me. Kids in juvenile court act better than that.

  • I meant Judge Mathis is the best.

  • judge best is the best! His show is so funny. I kind of wish I had a dad like him.

  • Continued: To establish a case for criminal contempt, the state must prove an intentional or willful act by the defendant. Such act may be a violation of a court order or be conduct that undermines the integrity of the court, including those instances set forth in Section 18.2-456 (i.e., misbehavior in the presence of the court, violence or threats to a judge or court officer, vile language, misbehavior of a court officer, disobedienceor resistance to court process or orders).

  • @mjnoir1 Rolling your eyes would be considered contempt of court as it is disrespectful to the Court and process. One thing most Americans don't understand is you're not disrespecting the Judge per se, by rolling your eyes (an act of disrespect) you are showing contempt for the process itself. In the state of Virginia:

  • @mjnoir1 He warned her.

  • Do you know what I am saying?
