Ever since time immemorial, Africa has and will always be The basket for Humanity, but Whites have played the game of divisionism and psychological fear to make Africa Americans believe that they will die by leaving The US, or that Africans don't like them, and much more hypocritical tacticks. Aid is a bad credit card gone wrong. African's need some one like Mr. Kagame to redirect them in advancing their countries without date. Learn from American's who owns credit card debts, they are very unhappy because many don't have good jobs to pay their credit balance off and they end up filing for bankruptcy.

The people of Rwanda and their economy can't grow if they constantly have to worry about paying back their date. I am in great support of Mr. Kagame's vision for his people.
