Very few people recorded some kazoo without sounding clownish but funky.

@THEATHLETICBACHELOR I had big hopes for this song as well, but it turns out this was big at High School and College dances but not much more. The rest of this LP had a different style that I came to appreciate maybe 10 years later.

Did he say, "That bitch is all over Facebook" @ 1:50?

I remember when they did this song on Soul Train. I really thought that this was going to be a real big hit, for them.

This was the first concert I ever attended. I don't remember the year, but Mandrill was the headliner. The Funkadeliks, Ureus, and Mandrill. I was born in 1963, so I was a little kid, but loved music even then. My mother too me, my 13 month older sister and an 8 yrs older cousin. At some point during their performance, someone played a key or note that was so audible that you could not hear thoughts in your own head. I remember screaming to my mom and she couldn't hear me. Never forgotten

I can just close my eyes and see brooklyn back then. It doesn't look or feel the same anymore. This music reallty represents brooklyn at that time. Which was home to me. Thank you for posting.
