The Queen's real name is Elizabeth of Saxony-Coburg & Gotha. The name of the dynasty was changed during WW I in times of an anti-german hate frenzy.
The British royals are a mix of countless German dynasties (Hanover, Saxony etc.), and they have always been loyal to Britain. So i think its time to give the royals their true name back.
