Why is Niqaab???

Niqab is a Waajib. These confusions are because of our corrupted leaders. Allah has mentioned in
Al-Quran:

"O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves [part] of their outer garments. That is more suitable that they will be known and not be abused. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful."

[Al-Quran; Surat Al-'Ahzab; Chapter: 33; Verse: 59]

Explanation:

O Prophet! Tell your wives and daughters and the women of the believers to draw their cloaks closely over themselves (jalabib is the plural of jilbab, which is a wrap that covers a woman totally) — in other words, let them pull part of it [also] over their faces, leaving one/two eyes [visible], when they need to leave [the house] for something. That makes it likelier that they will be known, to be free women, and not be molested, by being approached. In contrast, slavegirls did not use to cover their faces and so the disbelievers used to pester them. And God is Forgiving, of any occasion in the past when they may have neglected to cover themselves, Merciful, to them in His veiling them.

Some could think that that order was for prophets wives not for us, yes you are right. but we must think of it. What is the reason....

If Allah Order WE MUST DO,
If Prophet says WE MUST DO

WE NEVER THINK TWICE

  • People don't like the niqab in Britain. If you wear it in public you could end up getting yourself beaten up, or worse. Wear it at home if you have to, but bear in mind that it is not a muslim country, and we are trying to gradually get rid of religion for good. Current psychology actually explainjs that religion is basically a form of mental illness, that we are trying to cure.

  • @AlbortRoss

If a person want to embrace the religion Islam they must learn and follow the status of Prophet Mohammed Sallalahoo Alahi Wasallam and Allahs Order. It is the Obligation of All the Human (Not only the Muslims). Niqab is not Fardh, She has wears that to protect her from evil eye (Sexual eyes people).

  • @AlbortRoss

Wearing Niqab is rights of a woman. No one can involved in that. Even in Non-Muslim Country.

  • MASHA'ALLAH SISTER!! GOOD ON YOU! DON'T WORRY ABOUT WHAT ANYBODY THINKS OF YOU BUT ALLAH SWT! What a role model mashaAllah! May Allah SWT reward you and grant you the highest level of paradise!

  • @IslamicDawahWorld Actually, in Britain it is frowned upon to cover your face in public, and in certain places such as banks, post offices and schools it is not allowed at all (as you cannot be identified). The only reason Muslim women do it is because they are told they have to when they are young. And besides, I am informed that there is actually nothing in the Koran about wearing a headscarf, it only says to dress 'modestly'.

  • @Ndugu82

Thanks for your comment. But All the people are not live as Islam said but some. As you said Muslims are not leaping. They are Stronger than other religion. If anyone wearing Niqab it is their rights, why should involve in their life? If you involve that seems you wanted to see her beauty or face/body. No way for that. First of All You learn the Quran and Hadeeth. Than you will realize the fact.

  • @AlbortRoss Ummm there is no point of wearing it at home if your not going to wear the hijab or niqab outside. proablly ppl of bratain don't allow niqab but in America sisters who wear it are given respect. who are you to tell what to wear & what not wear ?

  • @AlbortRoss Hey thanks 4 ur pleasant comment but its not true sorry to say am a Muslim I live in the UK, Manchester to be precise and I have never come across anything like that from what ur saying, yes in some area it could happen but thats stupid, if you follow a religion its ur right if you want to follow it, yeah it is a non-Muslim country but as far as I know there is no law against wear a Niqab and those foolish people that will abuse such person physically & worbly need a
