There must be less gravity in Billy Bell's world - that's the only way I can describe the quality of his movement. It's like he's dancing on the moon.

His dance, his way to move on a stage, are profoundly inspired. It is fascinating to look and look again how his living being capture the music, how his body change emotions in comprehensable moments, feelings in suggestive power. And, always, novelty and beauty are to be found in everything he does.
Of course he does to love dance; but, above all, he does to undertsand dance.

There's this quality to his movement that is just rather mind blowing. He has a strength and passion that just cause goosebumps to rise up on your arms and neck. It's like this is the last time he's ever going to get to dance and he's put his whole heart and soul into those movements, no matter how simple or complex they are. People might not get it, or even like dancing, but when you see passion and love like that, there is no living, breathing human that cannot be moved.

I love that Billy isn't a show-off choreographer. He isn't worried about how many pirouettes there can be and how fancy and complicated it could be. It's as if he's dancing what's in his heart. I tear up every time I see his dances in his videos because it's truly magnificent that he is able to say whatever he feels needs to be said, whatever he wants to get out, into that dance.
It's not just about the motions, it's also the emotion behind it & I hope he never loses that. That's a rare gift
