To improve upon my low level of general health, I often juice vegetables or fruits as to increase my intake over the course of the day.
Today, I am fixing myself a glass of orangest vegetable blood.
Only 3% of the β-carotene in raw carrots is released during digestion: this can be improved to 39% by pulping, cooking and adding cooking oil. How does juicing compare to these other methods I wonder?
Carrots get their bright orange colour from β-carotene, which is metabolised into vitamin A. Massive overconsumption of carrots can cause carotenosis, a condition where skin turns orange. Carrots are rich in dietary fibre, antioxidants, and minerals.
If you're unlucky enough to suffer a lack of Vitamin A. You can develop poor vision, including night vision, and vision can be improved upon by adding Vitamin A back into your diet. An urban legend says that eating large amounts of carrots will help you to see in the dark. This legend developed from stories of British gunners in World War II who were able to shoot down German planes during the night. The legend arose during the Battle of Britain when the RAF circulated a story about their pilots' carrot consumption as an attempt to cover up the discovery and effective use of radar whilst engaging enemy planes, as well as the use of red light (which doesn't destroy night vision) in aircraft instruments. It reinforced existing German folklore and helped to encourage British common assed chumps—looking to improve their night vision during the blackouts—to grow and eat carrots.

Adding 1 apple for sweetness to carrot juice always makes a delicious drink! 4-5 large carrots + one small apple is where abouts i find the balance for great flavour, of which is enough to get me 1 tall glass of juice (and maybe a bit over) from my juicer.

@donius22 Eating carrots can help, but to become a ninja takes training from an ealyish age in the skills of throwing shuriken, throwing shuriken with your feet whilst standing on your head, throwing shuriken round corners, etc.
ChosonNinja on youtube may be able to help you.
Good luck!
