  • I wouldn't recommend freezing them. In the fridge for a few hours maybe or even cooled at room temperature. That said, this is a good recipe for home cooking

  • good info on the starchy non starchy bit...but this can be easily made in an oven with very little oil (baking them and there is no need for refined flour)...a much healthier but equally tasty recipe
