front yard laser projectile

You can see just as I drive in the driveway on the right side a projectile comes across in front of the car on the lawn, I have been hit in the head many times before. When I was down South, over West I just came to the roundabout while driving and saw what looked like the exact thing coming towards me, I know there was a blinding light in my left eye, and I had to pull over as I couldn't see out of it for awhile, it was burning.

I replayed the clip about ten times, its a flash white line like an arrow or dart on the right side of the windscreen of your car around the 3rd second of the clip.

This is probably the same thing that they are firing at me though my roof. When it hits my roof, it makes a pop noise which tells me that to take a direct hit with one of these things is very dangerous....
