Bukit Malawati or some people spell Bukit Melawati situated about 70km or 11/2 driving from Kuala Lumpur. Besides the Museum and Light House, Bukit Malawati famous with its friendly and tame Silver Leaf Monkey. The monkey basically not using the hills as their home but they only come there to get a food from local and foreign tourist who stopover before see the fireflies. Their favorite food is young banana and sweat potato, but they also eat long bean as their diet.
