Comments by Jeff Chorpenning: On several points during his verbal story time rantings, Soon to be, former Trustee Watkins spins tales of half truths. Listen as he arbitrarily and capriciously fires two long time township workers and also singles out the President of the Township Park Committee with a 2 yes vs. 1 no vote in attempt to remove Mrs. Wiseman our township's hardest working volunteer. One more meeting and Mr. Watkins will no longer be sitting in the seat he has held for 30 years. The arbitrary and capricious will be no more from that seat starting January 2012.

At 5:18 we hear it all again in Watkins words... "I'm not just saying that I do it all but I Have." He also confirms that "volunteers" were paid to paint wall art in the community building. At 7:08 Watkins misleads regarding insurance. He could have dropped off the insurance at ANY time and a legal resolution WAS in place to allow for reimbursement vs. being on the plan.

Thanks for posting this. Next up is election 2013. Two boys need to man up or be moved out! The explanation for removing the park committee head is disgusting! He says he does IT ALL again! His clock is running out. Good bye Special Buddy!

Wow, to just do away with a person that has "volunteered" her time for several years as a President of the "all volunteer" Park Committee, all without any just cause (other then a personality conflict) is just way lower then I can imagine. But it shows just the kind of character this supposed TRUSTEE has! Basically this is his parting shot at Mr & Mrs. Wiseman, since they did not support him in his re-election bid & allowed opposing political signs on their property.
