  • combine stretching of the ligaments with pressure points and you'll understand why this guy's screaming like a girl. I'm 5'4" tall and 135lbs. I've used similar techniques and had 6' tall 300lb guys dancing around like fairies. powerful stuff. his nage is definitely not holding back on the uke. when practicing, one usually releases as soon as it's clear that the technique was successfully applied (and/or the uke taps out).
