The Creepy Neighbor, Part 1

In Belleville, IL there is a creepy guy (really??). His roomate is a Charles Manson look-alike who runs a prostitution ring out of his apartment. Anyway, this fat creep had a crush on my young roomate and would sit in his window at night and yell over to our house all the things he wanted to do to her. Sometimes he would come over and I would videotape it. I have alot of these, so stay tuned for more. Here is part 1.
