If Obama hopefully wins ( please God )I feel the relationship will improve drastically. If McCain wins , any hope of a decent relationship with Russia is doomed.

Obama was Barry Soetoro, an Indonesian citizen and Muslim when he was a child into his teenage years.

He kept that identity at least until adult since he supposedly went to Pakistan in 1981 when he was 20 years old on an Indonesian passport. Thus it is possible that he never properly reclaimed his american citizenship.
