  • I have been using heating pads but some doctors say that it can cause brain damage. I don't know what to do now. I think I will just try dealing with the pain and excercise. Don't want to cause any issues.

  • u can also see a chiropractor they do safe procedures and it helps when your going into labor and back pain with exercise sleep message and tyenol

  • A common concern is that Low Back Pain or LBP during pregnancy can lead to LBP after pregnancy.
