Students for Concealed Carry on Campus at VCU and the Virginia Citizens Defense League (VCDL)—a radical pro-gun group that seeks the elimination of all firearm regulations, including background checks on gun buyers—were on campus calling for legislation to force VT to allow the carrying of loaded guns in university classrooms and dormitories.
