Well, yeah, but then again, people who do have ADHD often aren't diagnosed, especially girls. I see your point though, but if your energy effects your relationships, and grades, then you probably will get a connors rating scale, or some other behavior check list.

I have ADHD too, and you're right, it's really hard to explain. I have it and I use ritalin, but before I have even been diagnosed people called me a daydreamer, and wanderer, and made fun of my messy desk. I know how you f eel about having it hard in school, because I do too. If only I could show this vid to someone!!!

You people who think that ADHD is something fake and made up by the pharmaceutical companies are the ones out of touch with reality. My son has ADHD and I know that without Focalin, the quality of his life would be shit. Medication is only part of the solution. Counseling, behavior modification, psychotheraphy plays a bigger role in the child's overall development.

@kulo1963 my step son surposedly had add i fix it by booting his ass it worked he didnt need the pills after that funny thing that and as for diagnosing add there are no vaild tests to prove such a thing exists its all fake a money making scam people need to wake up and stop abusing there kids by pushing drugs down there thoat

I have been diagnosed with A.D.H.D and then i was put on medication (adderall) beacuse of it. school is extremmly difficult and a constant struggle, and without the medication life is very frustrating. having adhd is hard to discribe and if you do not have it, then it is hard to understand. the adderall has greatly inproved school for me. before i dreaded having to go but now its not so bad. no affence but you dont know what its like and this video does an awful job of explaining it.

Taking 20mg of a chemical that you happen to be born without every morning does not make you a drug addict. I think you should think before you go around calling people drug addicts. Actually, if you call it being a drug addict, then I guess I am proud to be a drug addict because my ADHD medication helped me go from D's to having a 98.6% average.
