I think they did that b/c Cris was the only man there... and the police department simply went for the ladies first. Usually, rescue teams get trained to rescue the weakest of the bunch and rescue the stronger ones last.

Vangie started breathing on her own, and they gave her oxygen. How the hell did her heart stop?!

I would say she was better off going with Todd, but I'm sure the writers would've found a way to get rid of her in Chicago too! Either way poor Vangie would've been screwed.

It's a damn shame!

This was such a "Winning" move for the show!

@shannonlilly92 b/c nora was the crippled one out of the bunch, then evangeline, then thalia because she is a cop her physical capacity would be much better, then chris b/c he's a man

I love how they just left Cris there. He was closer to Bo but he went straight for Nora. Tsk. Tsk. Tsk.
