That's a Wellworth!! the same toilets I removed from use in our house. the ELONGATED bowl is HORRIBLE (like yours) we had a round bowl that was a GREAT flusher then an elongated model in the master bath that was HORRIBLE. I removed it this past spring and replaced it with a toto Drake. Best thing I ever did.
