@edwfd356 I have started using sea salt in many of my dishes and I will look into getting a grinder and pepper mill. Thanks for the advice.

i will buy u a sea salt grinder and a pepper mill and u will thank me 4 it . iodized salt on salmon is sour ,sea salt has a much sweeter flavor . fresh craked pepper corns ad earth flavors that take it to the next level . keep u the good work, your guest will thank you for ur effort ...
