Hey there John great video by the way, I learned a lot from all of them. I appreciate the effort to teach beginner marketers for free. I had one question though, where did you get the opt in form from? as i'm using clickbank. Do I have to buy an autoresponder?

What is the purpose for the squeez page? I knew at this and I don't see how it generates traffic.
