http://live.pirillo.com - Laptop Magazine recently asked the question "Would you recommend a Mac to someone looking to buy a Notebook?". One of the so-called "experts" was so wrong with his answer, I couldn't stay quiet and let it go.
sure this is a six months late response but this is a 6 month's old kid's comment....You realize that there isn't such thing as a Windows hardware! That hyper expensive hardware of Apple actually works with any OS!!
But hey, you're 16 so you got a lot of time to get to know things better i guess ^^
the menu at top is better.. i think. more universal. if it was in the window how would you pick teh finder menu from the desktop without opening a window.
Windows's design is inefficient. Take a look at the comparison spec requirements between Vista and Mac OS X. Vista requires more hardware and would force users to upgrade hardware just to be able to run it. Now answer this, how is it that an old PowerMac G4 is able to run Mac OS X Tiger?
Not really, thats a broad statement. Theres a huge market for PC's, which means they are mass produced which keeps prices more competitive. Mac's are just Mac's nothing really special about them they just look sleek for the consumer. Now the higher end Macs used for Video editing thats different but no one can afford it.
lol this is bs

I think Chris gave good answers. I dual boot XP and Linux so I enjoy the advantages of both.
