@akaroyalljelly That same style of drawing hair can be seen in most middle eastern reliefs, because curly and wavy hair is a common feature in the region. But that is not a black region and has never been in historical times. There are other Jewish communities that go back to Biblical times - the Jews of Yemen, Tunisia, Egypt, Rome, etc. All of those communities were founded in Biblical times. None of them are black, and all of them share the same middle eastern ancestors as even European Jews

What you called cornrows is likely just the artists way of showing curly hair. It is a HUGE leap of logic to assert thay they were black based on that. And that conflicts with all the known facts, such as no one native to that region was black at that time or today, including the Jews who have been there for thousands of years

The Book of Esther tells of these Jews in Persia. That community of Jews exists to this day, and they are most certainly not black. And DNA shows they are clearly related to the rest of the worlds Jews and come from the same ancestors. That trumps any relief images
