I actually was there in these days as a young spectator in the audience in Hamburg in 1991, nearby the area of the Hafenstraße where you could see the slogan „Stonehenge means resistance" on one wall of the former occupied buildings. This concert was very special, and I think not only for me. Current 93 has been accompanying my life for about 20 years. This band is odd, irritating, perhaps a little bit mysterious and unjustified ostracized but brilliant, lovable and special.
