Dear shiryu008,
To Clear all in Excel 2007, go to the Home Ribbon, Editing Group. In 2003, edit menu, Clear, Clear All.
To tuen on Screen Tips that tell you what the keyboard shortcuts are, 2003: right-click any toolbar, point to Customize, then check the box for showing keyborad shorst cuts (I don't have 2003 and I am doing it from memory). In 2007, just point to the icon and the screen tip comes up. Also, try hitting Alt and see what happens

Dear shiryu008,
It may be that you are not doing it right. Try holding the Alt key (don't let go), then hit E, then A, then A. See if that works.
