We planned to have my mother visit us from Ohio to attend her granddaughter's high school graduation. Due to her health and failing health of her husband she can no longer travel. I asked Continential to allow me to use the tickets to visit my mother. They said they could change the tickets only if my mother died. I was greatly offended and emailed the C.E.O. Mr. Larry Kellner; he dediced he would keep one of the tickets. I told him this was bad business, just plain greed. Please call the airline and let them know this corporate greed at its worst.
and the line between the haves and have-nots grows a little more.
