This may had bene her second single which didn't chart but it shows you this woman has the good to be a country singer and within four years she would chart some big ones Happiest Girl & Funny Face.

Donna Fargo (born Yvonne Vaughn in High Point, NC) was and is a great singer and songwriter. She was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 1979 and her story would make an inspiring movie. If there ever was a movie made about Donna's life, my choice for the role would be Selma Blair, who bears a striking resemblance to Donna.

I wish this style of singing was still around! They has such feeling in their voices, the leading ladies of country music! I look up to these ladies and try to model myself after that same feeling in my band. :)

@arinvests After doing some research, the song you make reference to is actually a song sung by Susan Raye. Donna Fargo did not do this song.

Donna Fargo ---- Equals great singing! This is a great one. I don't know who wrote it, but sounds like the wonderful Tom T. Hall songs.
