the hoops at Rucker ARE NOT lower than 10 feet. They're regulation. You have everyone from NBA players, to NCAA ballers, to high school phenoms, to streetball legends playing there in summer leagues. They wouldn't come out and play every year if those baskets were lower than 10ft.

the rims at rucker r regulation rims but sum are lower cuz of all the hanging and dunking so it is actually a little lower u can tell

I hope you aren't being serious you people are just plain dumb. What do you mean by some are lower there are only 2 rims on the court at Rucker Park.
