This video is part of a series of videos presenting various perspectives on homosexuality http://www.recycleyourfaith.com/four-perspectives-on-homosexuality/ What does the Bible say about homosexuality? As Kathy sought clarity on the issue, she came to different conclusions on the verses used against homosexuality.
We need to stop using the word homosexuality and start talking about gay PEOPLE or homosexual PEOPLE. It is difficult to demonise someone who has a face.
I appreciate what she's trying to do here. All these quotes are from the Old Testament, which is JEWISH not Christian. Christian is only the New Testament (after Christ, hence the name Christianity). And Jesus never talked about homosexuality, so I don't understand why Christians have a problem with it if Jesus didn't.
I am a sinner, but that does not mean I will stay a sinner. What you do not see is what the word says. What you say is not sin, then why do I state or refer to the bible? Not my own word? Look closely, because it ks you who have perversed the commandant. Just as Paul said, to be careful of the wicked and the perversed.

"We do not hate the sinner, but the sin itself."
The problem is that you may be hating something that might not be sinful under all circumstances.
"I do not judge you for who you are, I only hate the sin that has taken your soul."
If what you hate isn't sin, then you spread your own sin in violation of the Nineth Commandment with a false accusation.

Part 2
...Different definitions. That's right, a SINGLE word with many definitions is being exploited to condemn an entire segment of the population.
