I have a amassive problem with jealousy, ive been with my gf 4 ten months, and recently we broke up for a month, in that time she saw her loads of ehr male friends again, shes gettin loads (about 5) of guys textin her constantly, like every day. She says its only as friends and she texts cos shes bored and ive said im jealous that they ALL get so much attention from her.

I think Jealousy is a normal reaction and feeling such as anger, happiness and sadness. Jealousy is a reminder of how much one cares, about a certain situation. Some jealousy is healthy. On the other hand, to be extreme about it is not...

Yer, my ex strarted making out in front of me with a house guest , then left for the bedroom. I left my own house that night , the next day she seemed confused . - He was very well built and flaunting it - i should not be jelouse she said and come back. No way , the open relationship stuff is not for me , some one always gets hurt from it. That really hurt.

problem is, people with this issue, though they're like this for different reasons, a common thing they have with eachother is that they've taken on this behavior in the first place because of their tendency to AVOID DEALING WITH ISSUES/PAIN/FEARS/PERCEPTIONS THEY HAVE FROM THE PAST OR CHILDHOOD. their main efforts are to rationalize why their behavior is right, little hope for these people actually seeking change once they gotten past about 30. they just get better at justifying their actions
